You're in luck!
It took forever to figure out how to make Blogger let people subscribe to my blog comments. I did everything "correctly" according to Blogger's help, but it wouldn't work the "traditional" way. Therefore, I "stole" a URL with the correct code and put the links in my sidebar. Right now, it's at the top, but I'll likely move it farther down the page in a few days.
