No e-mail

The only thing worse than coming to work and the network being down is coming to work and not having access to e-mail.

Actually, in my case the two are so interc0nnected that the lack of either makes it virtually impossible for me to do anything.

The IT manager hadn't even gotten properly settled in his chair before I started hovering just outside his office. He used to come to work before seven for the quiet. He's still getting to work before seven, but it's quiet no more.

Hmmm... just had a brain wave. I wonder if I can access my e-mail through the Web? Just tried it. No dice .

Off to find something to file... in actual file folders. Weird!
