Still having WordPress problems

Thanks to all who have offered WordPress installation suggestions.

Unfortunately, we're (and by "we're," I mean my husband) still having trouble.

My husband has uploaded all the files to the host. He's changed the wp-config.php file with the appropriate data. When he runs the wp-install.php script, it doesn't work. It says it can't find the wp-config.php file.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks again.

My sites are hosted on Bluehost also and normally they lag behind on offering the latest Wordpress version. Once it is offered Fantasico will show an upgrade available and it is as easy as clicking on "upgrade" to change to the new version. I don't if Bluehost waits a couple of weeks to see if there is any major issues with the new version or what. But at any rate I upgrade when ever a new version is available and have not had any problems with upgrading.

Thanks, Bob. We finally got it to work. By "we," I mean we asked someone to do it for us. :)
