Works-For-Me-Wednesday

My friend over at Rocks in My Dryer hosts what she calls "Works-for-Me Wednesday." This week's topic? Super-quick dinners.

Here's my humble contribution:

Take your basic extra-wide egg noodles and cook 'em up as per the instructions on the bag. Drain. Toss with a little bit of butter (or a lot if you're my husband) and Parmesan cheese (you know, the kind that comes in the green cylinder).

Eat a cup of yogurt and a glass of milk, and you have dinner. :)

Easy enough.

Join the fun!

Green cylinder Parmesan is what I always buy. Here's my recipe:
Open a can of ravioli. Cover w/paper towel and heat for 2 min. in microwave oven. Top with green cylinder cheese substance. Serve with a side of fruit cocktail. Very cherry fruit cocktail goes best with canned ravioli. For extra nutrition, open a bag of salad and pour on a little vinaigrette. Yum.

Yes, sadly, this is what is called cooking at my house. :)
